baarbd was created to promote the sport of Adventure Racing (AR) in the Bay area primarily through online forums and a web portal. Local athletes, from experienced racers to those looking for a new sport can easily communicate through the forum and help grow the community. The portal provides a central point for athletes to find information about races and resources, as well as a means for vendors to advertise in order to keep their businesses as healthy as we are! The primary goals of baarbd are to retain and attract athletes to the AR community, and to make serving the AR community a rewarding investment for race directors and vendors.
